4th meeting 21st january 2009

Hi guys,
Sorry for not putting this up earlier, but here are the notes of last week's meetings.

Monica suggested to make a double-faced book. One side will be love and the other one lust, with two covers. Where the two sections meet in the middle, we will have a double spread with the scrapbook-style submissions.
In terms of pages, 48 should be enough, leaving us with 16 spreads for poems etc in total, so eight for love and eight for lust.
Sharlaine will check if we can put up a box in the library for submissions.
Monika will go to the print room and see if we can get them to cut up some paper in postcard-size.
We will have to decide which poems etc we want to use by Friday, so Monica can get in touch with the illustrators as soon as possible to give them enough time to illustrate the pages.
