Another suggestion for a theme was "fight or flight".
But it looks like we made a decision and are going for "love and lust". Hopefully everyone is happy with that. ;)
The roles in the group:

Derek: production, website
Paul: commissioning editor
Sharlaine: rights
Rhea: marketing
Isy: editorial
Monika: project manager
Some tasks require a bit more work than others, so everyone will help out where necessary.
Also, each member can come up with an idea for one double page spread. This could be a poem, lyrics, prose, factual text or anything to do with "love and lust".
Rhea will write copy for the flyers we need for our submissions thingy. As soon as we have the flyers and the cards, we'll hand them out in the cafeteria during lunch and ask people to put their thoughts, ideas, confessions... on love and lust on them and we'll collect them. Hopefully, we'll get enough useful stuff for a scrapbook-like double page spread.
