12th meeting - 18.03.2009

Hi everyone,
Totally forgot to put those notes up. Sorry about that! Well, here we go:

We suggested that we meet on 24th April to go over the presentation if that suits everyone. Probably around 11 at the college. Obviously we can change that. Depending on how long the Macmillan workshop the day before takes and where it is we might just meet after that. We can always decide that closer to the actual date.

Here's what everyone should be thinking about in terms of the presentation, maybe make some notes on what should be included, that sort of thing...

Rhea: marketing, distribution
Isy and Paul: editorial, proofreading, conclusion
Sharlaine: rights, contracts
Monica: design, commissioning artwork
Derek: production, website (+ a basic power point template)
Monika: introduction/idea, management (time + risk charts)

We thought it might make sense to structure the presentation according to the time chart, so everything would be in the order it had to be completed by. Obviously that's not set in stone, we can always see how we get on when we meet in April.

I think that's pretty much it.
